So a couple of weeks ago I headed down to the Passage House for the lovely wedding of Tim and Sharon. Bit of a treat for me as the venue is very local so not a lot of travelling involved. It was a lovely day and even the torrential rain didn't dampen spirits even if it narrowed down the picture opportunity a little bit. Although it did stop raining later in the evening which gave us a twenty minute period outside by the river to get some great shots as the night drew in.
I don't think Ive ever worked for such a relaxed couple, both Sharon and Tim were cool as cucumbers which allowed for a great relaxed feel to the pictures.
Tims son Sam weighed in as best man which is always so nice to see, family bonds are so important on days like these.
The day went pretty much without a hitch and from what I could see people were having a lot of fun. Some of the guests had travelled literally half way round the world to attend with the grooms brother coming in from the States.
Thank you to the bride and groom and their families for making me feel so welcome and to the staff at the Passage House for letting me rearrange the conservatory to get some group shots indoors.
Take a look at the pics below to get a flavour of the day.
